United for the Gospel
The GROVE Group is the investing tool used by four like-minded companies to steward a portion of the profits generated by their business operations. The funds are used to serve and empower believers to share the truth of God’s Gospel – the Good News of Jesus – to those who have the least opportunity to hear. GROVE is a collaborative process that involves employees and spouses of the member companies who are followers of Jesus Christ and desire to participate in the mission of GROVE.

Shared Stewardship
Individual Champions hold the primary relationships with our ministry partners. Our Champions work in teams to learn, evaluate and recommend a portfolio of Ministry Partners for funding. Our Board of Directors makes funding decisions.
Prayer
We commit to cover all of our work, relationships and decisions in the power of prayer knowing that we are dependent on the Holy Spirit to inform and guide our steps.
Spiritual Integrity
We will work with Christian organizations that submit to the authority of the Bible in all matters and affirm the Lausanne Covenant.
Organizational Effectiveness
We will work with Christian organizations led by those with a track record of effective performance, efficiency and strategic ministry impact.
Godly Witness
The grant-making process will reflect humility, integrity, and openness in communication and will be an expression of our respect for ministry partners.
